As one of Utah's first Licensed Paralegal Practitioners and a full-time Family Law Paralegal for over thirteen years, Monica brings an immense wealth of experience and expertise to every client. A founding member of LOTUSLEGAL and the Senior Paralegal at the firm, Monica works personally with each client to help them find peace and new positive outcomes. A third-degree black belt, Monica grew up around mindfulness and the martial arts while earning a Bachelor’s degree from Southern Utah University.

She loves to learn, especially about the mind-body connection and the peace that it brings to herself and others. In her free time, Monica enjoys crafting, cleaning, organizing, and gardening, and (most of all) every single moment she can spend with her husband of fifteen years and their two dogs.
